Good Morning, I still am looking for several certificates. I was reading a catalog I found an option of a Letter of Recognition which confirms the sequence of specific courses taken. Who could sign this letter except the registrar? Hille
I would venture to say the College/University President or Provost, even possibly the Dean depending on the school.
