Over the past two or three years, the distance learning program in Computer Science at Florida State University has been administered through the Panama City Campus (although the degree itself was issued from Tallahassee.) At the same time the Panama City campus also offered a Master's degree in Software Engineering for for students able to take evening courses. Well starting in Fall 2007, the masters degree will also be offered online!

Currently, I believe all of the professors teaching the online courses (four professors with PhDs) also teach or have very recently taught at the main campus and they are all very capable instructors. Currently, the masters program is not being "advertised" on any online site; however, I assume this will be rectified shortly. Also, there are plans to allow undergrad CS students to take up to three masters level courses as electives and then if they enroll into the masters program, these three courses can be counted again in the masters program. While this hasn't been officially approved yet, something similar is offered to on-campus students so I would expect this to be approved.

So, if anyone is looking to pursue both a BS and MS in Computer Science/Software Engineering you might want to consider Florida State. If you are a Florida resident, I would think this would be a no-brainer due to the reduced tuition rates.
