Florida Felony Bogus Degree Question?

Was there a discussion thread regarding the fraudulent use of phony degrees in Florida that amounted to a felony on job applications recently? If so, I can't find it via the "search" option - does anyone recall this at all?

The exact statute is listed under fraudulent claims in the Florida statutes and it's classified as a first-degree misdemeanor.
