    Hey everybody

First of all, I gotta say I'm really thankful for everybody around here who helped answer some of my previous questions which helped shape up my decision for my online masters education.

As you may guessed from the title, my decision (which took about 6 months to arrive to) landed on an MBA degree from Northcentral University.

However, one of my concerns now is that since I live outside the states (in the middle east), it worries me whether the time zone difference will create any difficulties for me. That's why I wanted to see if there are other people who are doing such a thing and what are their experiences with that.

Please share your experience if you have any.

    Thanks!

SInce there is not a "live" section or even a threaded discussion, I could not imagine an issue.

You do the work whenever you want to and, thus, your timezone is immaterial.

One of my current teammates in my MBA program is in the Middle East (Dubai, to be precise). He has to get up early to attend team meetings, and saturday morning class meetings are in the middle of the night for him, but he's 3/4 through the program with no real problems other than some lost sleep. I would imagine things will go as well for you. Just make sure you don't get confused on deadlines due to the timezone differences!

    I agree

    It shouldn't be an issue.

I've had students in the classes that I teach that were in Taiwan and Hong Kong. One of my fellow instructors is spending a year in England and is teaching her regular classes here in the US.

As long as you calculate the deadlines correctly you should be ok.

    Good luck!

It is an excellent program. You work at your own pace.

You should have no worries or difficulties as long as you submit your assignments and projects on time.

You work one-on-one with your mentor so you will be fine!
