USQ MA International Communications

Hello All,
I got confused in the USQOnline. I got accepted in for that course, but when I want to enroll for the unit, i could not find the unit which is available for S3. This program is jointly offered by USQ, Pennsylvania and Napier. If I take the course from Pennsylvania how can I take the exam?
