I’m looking for a “Regional Accreted” school that offers low cost “upper unit” coursework through distance learning. I need 5 more classes to finish up my degree and I’m trying to keep from taking out a loan. If anybody knows of any schools could you please drop me a line. Thanks J.Walton
Your options would include: Louisiana State University Independent Study Peru State College Distance Learning Colorado State University-Pueblo Division of Continuing Education Brigham Young University Independent Study Excelsior College Examinations (if accepted at your school) DSST Examinations (if accepted at your school) As a general rule, you should see that any outside source of new credit you're bringing in will be accepted at your school. Not an issue for a regionally accredited school offering non-duplicative credit for a Big Three degree, say, but very often an issue elsewhere. Good luck!
