    Do you really think someone would click "Buy It Now" and spend 56 large on a piece of paper?

    If you look hard enough, you could probably find someone just that stupid.

    BTW - What happened the last time some @$$h01e tried to "sell" his degree on ebay?

    I don't see how he'd even get anyone to entertain the idea of spending 56k on his "piece of paper" when he cleary said it was "worthless". Bad copycat publicity stunt.

    Does no one on this board have a sense of humor? It is a total joke. He even states it on his auction. He is merely trying to prove a point. I believe he feels that the 56K didn't get him much.
    Did you funny bone lacking people not read the auction?

    "So, I endeavor to recover the cost of this fine document and I ask that all of you with deep pockets and a good sense of humor consider this a fine piece of art for your bar area perhaps. In any event it glares at me from the wall like an albatross as I get sucked in to the 9-5 vortex."

    IT IS A JOKE!!!!!

    I take it as a joke...maybe I will sell my Columbia State University degree for $2,500! :D

    The whole darned "joke" of "selling" one's degree on ebay

    (a) provides the buyer with nothing of value;
    (b) is fraudulent on the part of the "seller"; and
    (c) makes the school look millish.

    This sort of "joke" should be stopped and the "sellers" should be severely reprimanded.

    Sheesh..so much for the old ideas of social statement and civil disobedience. This guy was trying to make the same point, the other joker from Cal-State and National University did..These people don't expect to sell their degrees and how much is that piece of paper worth..transcripts are what you truely need.
