Excelsior College MASTERS Degree...

Is anyone now enrolled in the EC MA program presently?

My primary concern would simply be one of reputation since your B.S. and M.A. would be from the same, relatively unknown college.

 

What would your concern be?

EC is certainly not unknown by any stretch of the imagination; in fact EC is a pioneer in D/L education.

 

I just meant that it is far less known than, say, the University of Florida. (When I mentioned Excelsior College to my family, their initial reaction is "Is that an accredited school?")

Anyway, for a non-academic career, I don't think it matters as much but, for me, it would be an issue since the only reason I would need a master's degree is to teach.
