Phoenix like to differentiate themselves from their counterparts who meet once a week in a B&M setting? I was checking out the uophxstore.com and I found under online students that they had shirts or sweatshirts with the Phoenix logo and the word "online" underneath the logo.

I don't know about the students at UOP, but there is definately a distinction within the UOP hierarchy between Online, Ground, and FlexNet. You would think that a University with that big of an enrollment would pool their resources and attempt to erase any boundaries between the different modalities. It is like there are three little kingdoms that don't talk to each other or consider the others their equal. UOP online pays the bills even though Ground and FlexNet contribute to the overall revenue and enrollment.
