What is the story with Trinity? I can't work them out.

They do have an .EDU domain name, but are they an illegal entity, a mill, or just a lenient uni?

    Thank you

Nor would it be worth the effort to do so [IMG]

Another instance of the .edu suffix not being an invariably reliable indicator of legitimacy.

There are dozens of threads about TC&U on this forum, and probably hundreds in the AED archives at groups.google.com .

Trinity is indeed lenient--they have awarded doctorates for dissertations of only a few pages.

A few months ago, I watched as a friend filled out their on-line application on a Saturday evening, total of 87 words, none of the 'facts' true, and on Sunday morning, he was offered a Master of Education degree to be issued the moment his check cleared or credit card was charged.

Wow, John! A M.Ed. in only 12 hours, with an 87 word "thesis?" Now this is truly an accomplishment. [IMG]

It may be a reliable indicator for legitimate UK universities (.ac.uk) and Australian universities (.edu.au).
