Hopefully there is one out there other than Regis - (it seemed kind of expensive).

Does anyone know of any others?

    Thanks for any info.

    Graduate or undergraduate level?

From the top of my head:

Louisiana State University: 15 semester hour undergraduate certificate in Human Services. It's mostly social science survey courses. About $1150 all together if you take every course there; you can transfer in one. Courses are open admission and very flexibly-paced. (For a graduate program focusing on nonprofits from LSU in Shreveport, see here.)

Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University: Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration. Six courses, where their MBA is a minimum 9 courses, or minimum 11 with a specialization, where specializations include Public Administration. Open admission and entirely self-paced; exams are famously tough.

Also consider: Harvard Extension School, Harvard University: individual courses in Government online. For graduate or undergraduate credit. Semester-timed and academically rigorous.

Master's degrees in public administration, individual courses or sequences of courses from credible, public, very-low-cost providers like California State University, Dominguez Hills (with a NASPAA-accredited MPA) and Fort Hays State University (with a Master of Liberal Studies with concentration in Public Administration, though for some inside-baseball reason it's transcripted Liberal Studies (Social Sciences)).

    Good luck!

Oh, and the renowned London School of Economics offers, through University of London External Programme, several "Diplomas for Graduates" which can be completed in as little as one year. Drawn from examinations in existing LSE external bachelor's degree programs, these diplomas function as sort of top-ups either for people with a bachelor's in another field, or from an economically developing country where an LSE credential could help along in a wealthier country, etc.

They have impressive coverage of several fields, and these include Politics and International Relations.
