Still trying to transfer....

A while ago, I submitted a post on transferring to Long Beach St and having to deal with my English 1A Petition because I took English 1A out of State. Now Long Beach wants a complete GE Certification of my GE. No problem...but Sacramento City College refuses to give me on. I attended 3 different Community Colleges and Sac City will only certify those courses taken at SCC. My problem is that Long Beach will only take a completer Certification from one college. They won't take 3 partial certs. Any suggesstions?
