are cd ROM courses similar to other online classes using programs like blackboard? or do they include lectures and other things (referring to excelsior cd ROM courses mostly)
@ FHSU the courses that I had using a CD-ROM contained video lectures with assignments due on Blackboard... overall not a bad way of getting a video lecture - beats streaming video
