spark charts and cleps

has anyone used sparkcharts to study for cleps and dantes? I just bought abnormal psychology and world religions, Do these charts cover enough to pass the tests? If not what is good supplemental material for theses test, preferably free resources.
Also If anyone can give me a break down of what is on the tests for abnormal psychology and world religions that would be awesome.

 

the sparkcharts and those study charts are good check up guides that lead you to study specific material .....

they helped me alot in psychology and sociology ....

i passed with a 56 and a 58 .....

but i used a text book to review certain topics that were questionable to me ..
