Both are AACSB. Both are DL.

Colorado State = $523 per hour. Requires 36 hours. ~$18K for tuition.

Georgia = $546 per hour. Requires 30 hours coursework. ~$16K for tuition.

I can't see any real difference (other than fewer hours for Georgia) between the two. Colorado State has been offering DL for a long time (since 1972)...that may give them an advantage.

    Other questions to ask yourself:
1.) Are you in a part of the country that would recognize either program? If so, choose that program.

2.) Do you favor one delivery method of another (DVD, online, etc)? (NOTE: Not sure if their delivery methods are different).

Out of curiosity, or something that you may want to know too....

    - How does the certificate looks like with the Georgia WEBMBA?

I saw that it is run by a number of schools. What is the admitting school? ... do you think the admitting school gives you enough name recognition in the area you want to look for a job?

    - Do you know who will be "teaching" the class? are they faculty member of the schools? or mostly adjunct faculties? or external tutors hired just for teaching purposes?

    UB tuition is as follows

There is no full-time tuition for graduate programs. Choose the number of credits you'll take this semester to determine you tuition. Tuition and fees for Graduate School are charged as follows:

    *Part-time tuition is charged at $481 per credit in-state, $726 out-of-state
*University fees are $51 per credit (not to exceed $309.50).
Technology fee is $6 per credit ( From 1 to 11 credits. The full time rate of $72.50 applies to 12 or more credits).
*Flat Part Time Fee is $70, up to 11 credits, $362.50 for 12 credits or more.

This reply comes a little late and I can only speak of my own experience with Colorado State University.

CSU's MBA is AACSB accredited and requires a GMAT for admission. The courses are challenging and delivery is via an online program called "emabnet" for powerpoints, notes, articles, email, chat etc. and lectures are via DVDs that typically arrive 4 to 5 days after the actual evening class. University support is strong wherever problems arise. This program is rated either number 1 or 2 by Princeton Review for "best administered program."

Profs and adjuncts are also quick to respond. I've had detailed answers to questions that I've posted on the embanet forum and also to questions that I've emailed directly. My most recent assignment, a final exam in corporate finance, came back with detailed explanations for all questions as well as hints and suggestions for those questions that I answered incorrectly.

In most of the classes distance students will form study groups with evening (on site) students for a major project. Ongoing work will conducted by tele-conference, email and chat.

I'm now in my third year of the four year program and have no complaints so far. I'd have preferred Cornell, (my son's alma mater) but CSU has met my "related graduate degree" for adavancement in my healthcare, profession.
