    From their website:
"Does WES.org positively evaluate your degrees to AMS and credible American universities?

    A. Yes, current alumni-reported examples (June 2003): Maria E. Garcia, to AMS; Judilyn M. Powers, to National University; etc."

WES is a founding member of NACES (The National Association of Credential Evaluation Services) and considered a reputable degree eval service.

Vancouver University Worldwide reportedly has no legitimate accreditation in Canada. and is listed as unaccredited by ODA.
ODA quotes AACRAO as it's authority on degree matters.
It's hard to believe Oregon would find a degree unacceptable if a reputable member of NACES found it equal to a U.S degree.
Of course the question is: Does WES really view Vancouver University Worldwide degrees positively? I'll try to find out. Anyone have any input?

Some less than wonderfuls have slipped by NACES members in the past. Berne is one example. It's not unreasonable for ODA to have decided on AACRAO as their standard. If you're going to try to do what they're doing you have to pick someone as a standardizer.
