    Hello

I want to study towards an associate degree in science at COSC and earn credit by examination (60 credits).

I intend to take the following exams:
5 CLEP general exams (math, natural sciences, english, etc.)= 30 credits(lower level)
    CLEP general biology = 6 credits(lower level)
CLEP general chemistry=6 credits (lower level)

I have not decided yet which exams I will take for the remaining 18 credits.

I browsed the website of COSC looking for their requirements in terms of lower and upper level credits, but I could not find them.

Does anybody know whether upper level credits are required for an associate degree in science at COSC? Also, do they reply to such inquiries, or is it necessary to enroll to get this type of information?
    Thanks for your help.

No upper level credits are needed for a COSC Associates degree.

You can call COSC and ask them anything at anytime. I picked COSC over the other schools because of their excellent customer service. I asked so many questions, they recognized my voice and I was not even enrolled yet.

If you look at a BS/BA down the line, there are exams that will give you upper level credit such as ECE, TECEP, DANTES, and GRE.

    Good luck-

Me too, and for the same customer service reason, although I also liked that it was a Connecticut state school. Instead of calling them to death before matriculating, I emailed them to death, but similarly, I always received a prompt, complete, and useful answer.
