Here's a new twist on diploma mill spam that arrived in my mailbox this morning.

This school purports to have grant money from the "Delaware NAPL trust" which, it is claimed, prohibits them from charging more than $75 for the program, which is apparently just a bunch of CDRs.

They will only accept 500 students, presumably because they only did a run of 500 CD sets.

Also, the spam was a very attractive HTML design, unlike the "Prestigious Unaccredited Degrees" spam.

I have made a sanitized copy of the spam available for viewing (don't want to give these folks any business!) at
    http://www.degreeinfo.com/u_adv_res-sanitized.html

I've also provided the *unsanitized* version to Jeffrey Brunton, the attorney in the Hawaii AG's office that is investigating and busting various HI mills.

They are becoming quite annoying. I've now received four emails from them in less than 24 hours.
