Just wanted to know if anyone is aware of any literature they would recommend concerning writing a dissertation from proposal to end? I would like to get a jump-start on the process.

If the searach function is working :) Do a search, I posted the books I bought and my review. Most were small, an hour's read, but VERY helpful.

About 2 years ago I posted it, and a few times I posted the updated info. I don't have them handy, or I would give you the info on them.

Ther is also: How to get a PhD: a handbook for students and their supervisors by Estelle Phillips and Derek Pugh

I found it was a good insight into the structure and process of doing a British research doctorate.

Thanks very much for the information. Now I feel that I have an "educated" place to begin. I appreciate all of the assistance.
