Just looking for another SIMPLE & ACCREDITED alternative to earning 2 simple math credits that I need to satisfy my "quantitative" requirement other than CLEP or DANTES exams.

    Hey ShotoJuku..

What exactly are you looking for or ther than simple and accredited? Excelsior's College Math is simple and accredited. It's also 15 weeks, and expensive ($750). It's nothing but exams, though all unproctored.

Tech Math 1 or Survey of Mathmatics

$55 a credit hour. Tech math 1 is a 2 credit hour course but has been evaluated by ACE for 3 credits in Algerbra ..

    Online via the excelsior website.

You have to call around there to get to the right person.

You will need to ask for a manager in the Business and Industrial area.

Be patient with them, they can be hard to reach at times, but it is well worth it if you get through.

You will be able to finish the course as fast as you want.

I took several courses with them and had a good experience.

Make sure that you get a course that has been reviewed by ACE and your course will transfer without a problem.

I can't seem to find any per-credit-hour pricing on the Penn Foster Web site. It's all priced per full semester. Can you point me to a course listing with individual class pricing?

You won't find it on the website.

Most people answering the phone don't even know about it.

You will need to speak to a manager as I was saying.

Not worth all the trouble, but thanks anyway!

First, Penn Foster is not RA. Do you need them to be RA? Look at Charter Oak State College for options.

No they aren't RA, but they are ACE reviewed.

I was thinking that I was giving the suggestion to the OP. I didn't realize that I was responding to someone different than the person who started the thread.

If he needed something that would transfer to Excelcior, then this course would have done the trick.

Hopefully I helped more than I hurt.

Yes, of course. But for now I was just curious. Not worth the trouble to satisfy my curiosity!

    bump to the top.

I am also looking for the easiest math courses in existence done online which are non proctored and accredited to be able to transfer into most schools

    Ace, RA, whatever

Any Pre-Calc, Calc 1 or Calc 2 classes that you can do online with unproctored tests?
