dvds for sudying for clep

do you guys know any good dvds for studying for cleps and dantes, besides the civil war pbs one. thanks guys.

 

Tons of really good material from The Standard Deviants - much is available only on VHS but some is available on DVD.

Lots of The Standard Deviants DVD's are available thru Netflix. I haven't used any of them yet but I heard they are beneficial.

agreed, more fun -- but where's the one on deviant social behavior for the soc exam?

 

The Teaching Company also has DVDs on a variety of subjects. They are really expensive, but on sale are reasonable... get on mailing list for sales each month. Also, I've found Standard Deviants, Teaching Company, Portable Professor, etc. DVDs/CDs on Ebay for good prices.

 

Search for my thread entitled "Free Online Courses". Among the resources listed in the thread, you will find a link to free online PBS videos.

You can sometimes find the Standard Deviants DVDs at the local public library. I believe you can also rent them online through Moviefone.
