B.S. Business Administration or B.S. Business Management

I plan on enrolling in CCU but I cannot decide between

B.S. Business Administration or B.S. Business Management

what would be a more useful degree.

This is my situation

I'm 6 credits away from AAS Technical Studies.. Employer is paying for remaining credits

I'm a Senior Telecom Tech I been with my current employer for approx 9 years

With my current employer Management and Sales is the only options for advancement. If I went into sales I'd be a Technical Consulted pre or post sales If I went into management I'd be an Opertions/Site Manager I'm leaning towards the later as I'm not really a sales guy.

If I wish to grow technically I would have seek new employment.

I have 22 months remaining on the GI BILL that I'll be useing for CCU degree

In your particular situation, I would probably go with Business Admin.

Good choice as far as CCU. I am currently finishing up my B.S. in Business Management with them. To be honest, the reason I picked the B.S. in Managment is I felt I could transfer a lot more credit in from the various colleges and Universities I had attended previously. In other words, the required courses fell in line with the requirements.

Sent off my Application and Transcripts to CCU.

I went with the B.S. in Management for basicly the same reasons as you Abner.

After looking over the course requirements for both degree programs. It appeasr my previous credits would fall more in line with B.S. Management.

I did a quick self review and I think I'll be 19 course away or 57 credits..
