   I was wondering if a DL student at Tesc or Charter Oak could use the Education Tax Credit (HOPE or Lifetime Learning Credit to help offset some tuition costs. They are both Title IV and accept state funds. I don't think Excelsior is a Title IV school, so I think they can be excluded.

   Yes, I did it for Charter Oak tuition and fees in FY 2004.
