I just happened upon this page from the University of Kansas. Now, if someone can please confirm that I'm reading this correctly, it appears that non-resident, online-only students pay the resident rate for these online classes:

    http://www.continuinged.ku.edu/isc/online.html

    Am I reading it wrong?

In any case, some of the classes seemed attractive based on this being part of the descriptions:

"One essay assignment. No final examination. No textbook required."

Sounds like my kind of class.

It seems confusing, but I think are reading it correctly. However, you should contact them for verification, because of this page:

    http://www.continuinged.ku.edu/isc/fees.html

They seem to be giving a tuition break to new nonresident students who wish to start a degree at KU via online coursework.
