entrepreneurship portfolio credits

    i will be using degree mills for a topic in my graduate portfolio assessment and capstone project for Jones International MBA program. Any specific research suggestions for references and money spent by consumers would be appreciated.

    Go to askERIC on the web. Search the ERIC database with terms such as "degree mill" and "diploma mill." You will find many articles on this subject.

    Pick up a copy of Bears' Guide to Earning Deegrees by Distance Learning. In it you will find a great number of descriptions of diploma mills, including a lot of history. Reid (1959) and Stewart and Spille (1988) have written books on the subject as well.
