Here is the link for University of Pretoria's electronic feces (ha ha) and dissertations. http://upetd.up.ac.za/UPeTD.htm I don't know if there are any accounting ones, you will have to look through it yourself. Other than that, I would suggest looking at any universities online catalog, and you might be able to request a copy through inter-library loan from your local community college or public library.

You might want to try http://wwwlib.umi.com/dissertations/search to find dissertations of interest. Then search google for "name of dissertation". You would be surprised how many PhD's put the full text of their dissertation on their websites. It might also be helfpul to talk to accounting professors at your nearest university. They would have a copy of their dissertation and may be willing to share it with you or at least let you look it over.
