The University of Sarasota was a regionally accredited school that was purchased by Argosy University a couple of years ago. It no longer exist and Argosy University now stands in its place.
University of Sarasota (located in Sarasota Florida with a branch campus in Orange County California) is now the Sarasota campus of Argosy University. The UoS Orange County campus is now Argosy University Orange County campus. Argosy also has campuses in San Francisco, San Diego, Seattle, Washington DC, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Denver, and so forth. See http://www.argosyu.edu/locations/
