Leicester MBA = Bachelors at RA College/University?

My financial advisor has a DL MBA degree from the University of Leicester. She does not have an undergraduate degree, but had completed her A levels and a business diploma at a commonwealth country. To take the CFP examination in 2007 in the United States, she will need to show that her British MBA and education is the equvalent of a US RA undegraduate degree.

Besides spending $200 at the World Education Services to have all her transcripts evaluated, are there other ways of showing that her MBA is the equivalent of an RA undegraduate degree?

 

I think she can ask the university to write her a testimonial what she has is a Master degree, which go beyonds the Bachelor degree or mention something like this is postgraduate-level study, equipvalent to Master degree in US.

A Master degree in UK is not equipvalent to a Bachelor degree in US. A Master is more than that.
