    Greetings all,

I recently finished my BBA at AIU online and now looking for the next natural step and would like to get started and finish my MBA (International Business, Global Business, or something along those lines). After reading some of the posts here I see that Touro has a very nice curriculum and teaching methodologies with their MBA programme, but the drawback is that they are regionally accredited only, not AACSB. Umass is AACSB so now I am not sure which way I should go. Could any of you please post what their curriculum is like? Is it just theory and then you write mind numbing papers?? Is it more involved?? (Supposedly with Touro you "sink your teeth" into the learning). Furthermore, is regionally accredited MBA accepted by employers? (I know they won't have any problems with bachelors).

I am also looking at University of Texas and Walden, but leaning heavily towards UMass or Touro. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I say UMass. For one, you're right about AACSB, you may be glad someday you picked a school that has that. For another, even if all other things were equal, and even though there's nothing wrong with Touro, I think a well-regarded state school will look best on your resume.

    Good luck,

I would recommend UMass without a doubt. Touro is not nearly as well known. UMass has shown up in the top 75 in the nation in the last two USN&WR national rankings for full-time MBA rankings. The same professors teach their online classes.
