Wyoming Toughens Up on Unaccredited

    "Wyoming’s Legislature approved legislation — signed into law this month by Gov. Dave Freudenthal — that bars private institutions from operating in the state unless they are accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Education Department (or actively seeking such accreditation)."

    Depends...

    If they allow candidate status, then it is just a matter of how long KW "U" can milk the candidate status before any hard deadline sets in and they "move" to another weak-lawed state

    Kennedy-Western University should move to the smallest island in the state of Hawaii. Therefore, nobody cares about accreditation.
