Mannin University

Has anyone heard of this university?

I cannot seem to find a site for this university.

I was researching career related stuff on google and noticed one guy had a Mannin degree from a supposedly Irish university.

Most Google hits surrendered nothing about the university apart from graduates of this mysterious university; Bulgarian Energy Commision members portfolios, etc.

I am curious about this joint as I've found search engine hits about Mannin graduates for a range of advanced disciplines.

 

Curious indeed. I've not been able to find any website of theirs, either. My google search returns only resumes of individuals who graduated Mannin University, Dublin, Ireland or Mannin Dublin University. Sorry I don't have more info for you.

 

There are also a few references to a "Mannin University (UK) (and here, and Manning University (Lebanon).

Did it move or are they just ignorant of geography?

 

Hello Kelly - Please allow me to take a guess. I've seen some indications that the name "Mannin" is the equivalent of the Isle of Man. It seems there are some universit(ies) associated with the Isle of Man and so it is possible that Mannin University or the University of Mannin is related to a school on that island. On the other hand, it could be a complete and utter sham (I'm betting on the latter). It's a nice little nut your given people to crack. Good work.
