I started reading this forum a few years ago and a member pointed me towards Mountian State University. Well I finished this week and it was all through DL.

    FAA A&P License – 40 credits 2005 / 4 weeks

I'm going to restore a 65 Corvette and go fishing for awhile. I will get back with you on that. :D

Ah, but for the cost of restoring that Vette or less, you could have a Harvard Master of Liberal Arts, primarily by distance. But of course, the Harvard diploma doesn't quite make the 375hp of that old Vette. Nor does it taste as good as freshly-caught fish.

Congrats! Very nice, I looked it up and that school's the real deal: B&M presence, RA accreditation, over 70 years of history under their belt, grad and UG programs, and must be a beautiful campus to boot.

You're making me jealous here, dude. I'll be finished by the end of April, but I'm running out of gas here pretty quickly.

    Congrats on seeing it through!!

Would that, by any chance, be a LITTLE RED CORVETTE?

To Mr. D: Congratulations! I was looking at Mountain State for a grad degree. Great job in finishing!

To Dave: Keep going, Dave. I've been exactly where you are. I know you can do it! I got my diploma in the mail two days ago. It says all manner of nice things, and yours will look mighty fine in a custom cherry degree frame with the Bellevue University markings. (my wife bought me one for Christmas). :D

Don't stop now, man! The penalty for those who drop out is that you are condemned to live on forever in the distance learning discussion boards with a signature line proclaiming you to be an educated derelict.

    Congradulations!!!

Just out of curiosity, why did you bypass Embry-Riddle, the so-called 'Harvard of Aviation' and an aviation specific school?

Back when I turned wrenches on Kiowa Helicopters (early 80's), they were the 'IT.' I know they have been in bed with the military for many years. Was it the cost?
