Hello Board, For the past 3-4 days i've been gathering as much information from this forum as possible. I'm desperately searching for a distance learning program that would suit my needs. I'm currently 18 years and looking to find a program which offers an associates degree in information technology, preferably, networking. I only have my GED and I haven't completed any SATS or ACTS. I'm not looking to pay a fortune on tuition either, but I'm not saying i'm looking to cheap out. If some of you senior members could reply with some advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance!

Here is a link to some various RA programs at the associates degree level that you are seeking. Information Technology etc.

I ran across this particular site, but a good list of schools for you.

    kaplan, Strayer, Devry etc.

If I were you, I would search google for what you are looking for and then get some advise from those that post here on what you think you are interested in. By the way, for an associates, if not a bachelors, I suggest going for a regionally accredited program. There are many out there and I am sure you can find some inexpensive options.

    Good luck

Although I really like the quality and layout of Strayer University, I think the courses are a way too expensive. Are there any reasonably priced RA programs? Perhaps even offering a Bachelors degree?

I created a list of IT bachelor's programs via DL, and that list is living here: http://forums.degreeinfo.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=19454 .

Thank you for all of the information! I've narrowed it down to two. COSC and TESC.

Good choice! Charter Oak and Thomas Edison are among what is known as the "Big Three" of distance learning. The Big Three are known to be very generous about transfer policies and "testing out" procedures (AP, CLEP, DANTES, ECE, PEP, TECEP, etc.). Excelsior is, by the way, the third Big Three school.
