Is the Inter U. of Graduate Studies suing the Oregon Office of Degree Authorization?

    A colleague indicated that the International University of Graduate studies currently states that they are accredited by UNESCO and are listed in the International World Higher Education Base in addition to being accredited by St. Kitts. Allegedly IUGS is in the process of suing the Oregon Office of degree Authorization for listing them as a diploma mill. Anyone have any information regarding this matter and whether or not it is fact or fiction?

    I subsequently contacted the Oregon Office of Degree Authorization regarding this matter and they were not aware of any lawsuits agsinst them from IUGS.
