I'm new to the DL world and scrubbing possible institutions left and right from my possibility list. I've gotten down to Fielding, Univ of London, VT College of Union, Gonzaga as possibilities and would appreciate any insights you folks can offer. Thanks!

Well ... The Subject Index of Bears' Guide to Earning Degrees by Distance Learning lists "Organizational Psychology and Development" as a degree category. The Subject Index of Barron's Guide to Distance Learning lists "Organization and Management" and "Organizational Studies" as degree categories. The Subject Index of Guide to Distance Learning lists "Organization and Management," "Organizational Leadership," "Organizational Management," "Organizational Management; Organizational Development," and "Organizational Systems" as degree categories. Which, if any, of these would be within range of what you're looking for?

I'm not so much looking at a psych degree as organizational deveopment/behavior/management. Thanks for the additional suggestions, some I've already sifted through but others are new food for thought.

Are there opinons on which schools are "better" than others in terms of the courses, faculty, methods, etc.?
