Just to note, that is not a list of the top 25 schools. Rather, it is a list of the top best-value schools. That's a big difference. It is a good list though. Many if not most people comming through here are very value conscious.
Those are very good prices per year. Though, I have to say that Indiana State University should be added to the list as the best value for non-residents. As a fully DL student, I pay instate tuition even though I live in GA. Now that's a great deal!
This is a great list and is valuable. At the same time, I am often annoyed at such "rankings" that are sometimes misleading. In the case of this list, price was the only factor used in rankings and not all programs are 100% DL. -Travis
