Hi all. I was wondering if anyone on this forum was accepted into the West Texas A&M or Tx A&M Commerce MBA program after completing an Excelsior Bachelor's (or other DL school). I appreciate your help in researching my possibilities.
You might go to the search function (see on the gray bar, above) and search by username for dl_mba and PM her.
I was just accepted to TAMU-Commerce’s MBA program and I graduated of UoP online. Do you have a specific question?
Congrats Mike and thanks for the reply. I guess my main concern is regarding the DL degree acceptance. In your case it's obviously not a problem. With UOP did you test out of many of your classes or is it strictly coursework. The reason I ask is that my Excelsior degree would be earned primarily by testing out. I don't know if this would be a factor.

Mnation, Thank you for the good wishes. I did not test out of any of my classes at UoP. Not because I did not want to, but because I did not know I could. I personally do not think that the fact that you did a lot of testing would be used against you in the application process. I do think that your GRE/GMAT score (if you are going that route), GPA, and your letter of references would have more bearing on your acceptance. Don’t worry about it invest the $35, some time, and see if they accept you. I am personally reconsidering TAMU-Commerce and am looking into NCU and Ellis College.
