SWEET MOTHER!!! Thank God! I was going to have to put off going for about a year while making a transition to another Law Enforcement Unit, I was going to lose my seniority to choose vacation and may have to had to put it off for a year or two. This is awsome news.

    Thanks.

It also looks like they've increased tuition for the MBA by about 25%.

Yeah..a bit. But $280 an hour is still a deal by comparison. The one of the few MBA's I've seen cheaper is Amberton University .....heck even Fort Hayes State U and Southwestern College charge about $400 an hour for their MBA. Not for any of their other graduate programs...just the MBA. Go figure.

Effective January 1, 2006 they've increased to $350 per credit. Which I grant you is still not bad.

$350 an hour? That is dissapointing. That puts the degree right under $15,000 given that they have 14 courses at 3 hours each.

Which makes them about $300 more expensive overall than Ft. Hayes State U. and Southwestern College.

at $15,000, for an MBA puts them more closely in line with many other MBA programs. It is a shame because at least previously they may have been a "soft" MBA program but at least they were fairly inexpensive. I'd say now they may even be a bit high for non-AACSB, non-ACBSP program.

It is a shame that the tuition went up since now they are competing with some big boys. But I don't think that makes them a less viable MBA...which I've said before.

Personally I think curriculum wise, they're the best one going.

Although if you wanted a more traditional approach the Amberton University MBA at $7200 would make a lot more sense.

SJME requires 14 courses and 42 credits for their MBA program. I assume these are regular and not quarter credits?
