This is a bit of an unusual route, but if:
    a) you are a member of National Contract Management Assn (NCMA)
    b) have roughly an associate's degree,
    c) and have 7+ years of business experience

you can work towards a BPS (bachelor of professional studies) with a major in e-commerce at RA Elizabethtown College by taking a sequence of courses at esocrates.com. The link is www.ncma.esocrates.com for a description of the twelve-course sequence that ncma provides. It is not clear how much additional work Elizabethtown College may require, but I think a certain amount of prior-learning credits (besides the associate degree) is involved. One attractive part is that the courses are relatively inexpensive at $495 (USD).
