New Online Option for Private Colleges

    End-of-year (2005) siren blast!

    The real Regis University (not to be confused with "SRU," the Stupid/Shameful St. Regis "U") may be on to something new and interesting with this move to create a grouping of private colleges to essentially trade courses online.

    Hmm...... Major move to drive more independent colleges into online ed and DL? Seamlessly allow inter-U credit transfers. Minimum three years work experience requirement to participate, etc, etc.

    This is interesting in that it is not limiting itself to domestic schools. I see there are international schools participating.
    So, any school can use any of the other school's courses as their own, and they only loose 50% of the tuition, but they keep their students. Sounds like a winner for the schools involved.

    I missed this thread the first time...

    Sounds like an intersting program, both for the school and for students! Anything advancing DL legitimately is good.
