I've been looking over American World University junk on the Web again, and I believe that the Brazil Web site has added huge bunches of doubletalk and gobbledygook about how "legal" it is in Brazil. I don't know if Brazil will win its fight against AWU, but AWU is clearly illegal under Brazilian law since it has no valid United States accreditation, and it is clearly "teaching" and using addresses, etc., etc., in the country of Brazil, which is one of its main venues. Anyway, I don't know how anyone can write the following garbage without being just kind of stupid:
    http://www.awuniversity.com/legaliz.htm

While I've known about systransoft.com for at least a few weeks, I've now tried it for the first time, and it translates, unlike google, most of the page. So try that if you, like me, don't know Portuguese.
