I saw the last minute of the story. They were talking about Rochville. I'm guessing it's the same story discussed in this thread

2. Enter "diploma" in the "search video" field near the top of the page.

3. Click on the "Degrees in Terrorism" link and deal with activating the CNN Pipeline trial membership.
