    Hey all!

I've been long absent from these boards, and just wanted to post an update about my experience with AMU.

I am enrolled and roughly 1/3 of the way through an MS in Space Studies, taking as technical of a concentration of courses as I can.

I can honestly say that the experience I have had so far has been excellent. The difficulty of the courses have so far been on par with what I expected, based on my two semesters in an RA on-campus graduate program at Colorado State University.

Instructors are attentive, course work is challenging, and a full credit load while working is NOT suggested. Trust me...I know. :)

I am also 7 or 8 exams shy of a second BS in Business from Excelsior. I have been enrolled in an upper level marketing course at LSU for the past 8 months, but have done nothing on it (a divorce interrupted the flow of things).

At this point I've decided to bag the LSU course and just bust out a slew of exams sometime in the early spring, including a bunch that will be challenging of accounting/auditing courses at CSU, which charges only $20/sh for an exam. Still not certain if I'm going all the way to a CPA, but I may try it just for grins and giggles.

Today, I finished my Colorado real estate licensing class. Took me six months, but most of the work was accomplished literally over the past two weekends of intense study. I did this via online delivery from a local state-approved real estate school. I thought the school itself sucked and was not at all responsive, but the course is worth 6 credits on portfolio assessment.

Ya'll have a Happy New Year!

I'm taking the first classes for the MPH now. So far, so good. I looked at that Space Studies and it looked quite interesting.

I'd love to teach that subject at the Community College level. Once they get regional accreditation, it'll rock!
