NCU does get a fair share of discussion here. tesch often keeps it lively with NCU discussion...which does make me wonder if he was ever burned by Hecht in the past. Nonetheless, he brings some interesting info to the forum.

Touro doesn't get too much fire going these days. I can hardly wait for CCU to start their doctorate. Maybe then NCU will get replaced by CCU discussion.

Anyone have anymore info on the DETC pilot schools doing professional doctorates or is it just CCU now?

 

Don't worry. There are always angry ex-students like these with an ax to grind. Hopefully, "NCU_shill" is not the former Capella student who writes endless tirades and anti-semitic provocations against the school.

I think you mean the former member.

 

My understanding is that CCU is not part of the DETC doctoral pilot because they have not been accredited long enough. CSU is the only school that I know of that is definately part of the pilot and will be offering a DBA degree.

Sorry about that. I meant Columbia Southern but typed in CCU. CCU was just granted DETC so they would be out of conisderation for the pilot.

So, no other schools that I am aware of. No one has brought any others to light that I know of either. Maybe the list dwindled down to 3...or maybe no one wants to say because they can't handle all the apps that would come in at this time.
