My personal rating (and only my personal rating, so only criticize it if you have reason to believe that this isn't my opinion!):

    1. Sturt. Flexible and cheap.

    2. USQ. A very close second. Possibly more prestigious than Sturt, so it's hard to call.

    3. Monterrey. A very distant third for a variety of reasons; if I were in your shoes, I'd strike MIGS from my short list and focus on the Australian schools.

USQ and Sturt are both recognized Australian universities offering the MBA. If you live in the U.S., a degree from either would be comparable to an accredited degree. However, earning a degree from a foreign school may raise more questions than it answers. You should endeavor to ensure such a degree will meet your needs. I hold an MBA from a U.S. school, but would certainly take one from either USQ or Sturt.

"Monterray Institute" is another matter entirely. First, degrees are not awarded by MIGS; they're to be awarded by the Centro de Estudios Universitarios en Monterrey (CEU). The CEU has an on-campus master's in administration, but this ain't it. MIGS offers a Master of Science in Business, not an MBA. It is based upon a set of identified competencies that are met via independent study under the guidance of a mentor. To my knowledge the CEU has not awarded a MIGS degree yet. If and when they do, there will be some question as to the acceptability of such a credential. The CEU is a recognized university in Mexico, but, again, they've never awarded any of the degrees offered through MIGS. Nor have they awarded any such degrees through their on-campus programs. Also, we do not know how these degrees will be received by employers and/or universities in the U.S. And it would be interesting to see what a foreign credentials evaluating agency does with a degree from the CEU earned via MIGS. We just don't know. Finally, MIGS operates illegally from Florida.

None of the above are issues with the two Australian schools you cite. Degrees from Australian universities are considered comparable to those awarded by U.S. universities. And to my knowledge, neither Sturt nor USQ has its mail forwarded from a private mailbox in Mexico while pretending not to be in the U.S. It is comparable to shutting your eyes and thinking others can't see you.
