Delta Epsilon Tau International Honor Society (DET)

I do understand that DL Universities that are registered and recognized by DET are able to issue Honorable Certificate to outstanding students who score well on their G.P.A..usually above 3.5, and they are classified as Honor graduate.

So here the question. Does Honor graduate the same as Honor Degree? Like the universities in UK. First Class and Second Class Honor Degree???

 

It seems like nobody here knows the differences.
