Try the GMAT 800 book by Kaplan., It covers the toughest consepts on the Gmat..I'd also tell you to look in to prep software(kaplan makes that as well but there are many others !).

I am a foreigner myself, and I think the key to improve your English is practice. I would try to find a university course in the US or the UK (or any other English speaking country, of course) in which you are forced to write (and read) complex ideas as often as possible (daily if possible). Make sure you can get candid comments from both teachers and students on aspects you could improve. My mother tongue is Spanish (I am from Madrid), and that’s exactly how I bettered my English. I was able to do my university studies in English all the way to the master’s level, and I even managed to learn some of the linguistic tools to fool my now-wife to marry me so…(if you saw a picture of me, you´d understand how valuable were those linguistic tools :D ). I learned English in NY, and believe it or not, I had to get my way strictly by speaking English. It worked for me. So if you can take some additional time off, go there and submerge yourself in the culture. There are literally thousands of ESL programs in the States, some expensive, some ridiculously cheap. After all the MBA at INSEAD costs €43,000; that’s about $50,000. So an additional 2 or 3 thousand may be worthy... and basically negligible in the total costs. Good luck!
