British and other Foreign Degrees

My sister is a real estate agent interested in getting a DL bachelors in Business Administration. For her own reasons she wants it from a British school or another foreign school that only takes three years to complete. She wants to know if they are affordable and useful to Americans. Any thoughts?

It's not a foreign school, but TESC (Thomas Edison State College) offers an online BSBA with a Real Estate focus:

Perhaps your sister could put together a prior learning portfolio and petition TESC to accept part of her Real Estate license for Credits.
