Not really, but I got an email stating that they were.

I am honored and pleased to announce that Master’s has been granted

WHAT THESE STEPS OF PROGRESS MAY MEAN TO YOU

During this year, we have offered many tuition grant options. In an
    effort
to move forward, we have tried to make it as easy as possible for new
students to enroll in an MDS program. In fact, we have even offered as
    much
as a 50% tuition grant to those who were able to pay their tuition in
    full
    at the time of enrollment.

Now, the time has come for us to close that chapter in our
    institution’s
development history, and begin to focus attention on the wonderful
advantages of earning a degree from MDS. The fact is, even without any
tuition discount grants, the cost of earning your degree though MDS is
    very
low when compared to other schools.

I want you to know that we will soon no longer be able to offer you the
opportunity to begin an MDS degree program with a Tuition Discount
    Grant of
up to 50%. HOWEVER, I believe it is only fair to give you a brief
    window of
opportunity to get in before the 50% option is eliminated.

THEREFORE, if you have already decided to enroll in an MDS degree
    program,
and you are able to register before November 16, 2005, you may still
    claim
your final option to receive a full 50% tuition reduction. In order to
    do
this, you must contact an admissions advisor right away. To do so, call
1-800-933-1445 or email us at [email protected]. The admission advisor
    will
    assist you from that point.

OF COURSE, you may not be in a position to take advantage of this
    wonderful
final offer, and we certainly understand. Please be assured that when
    you
are prepared to enroll in an MDS program, we will treat you with the
    utmost
respect, and do everything we can to help you get started. Remember,
    even
at full tuition rates, the MDS program is a remarkably affordable
    opportunity!

AGAIN, we are very thankful to be able to announce our Affiliation
    status
with the Association for Biblical Higher Education.
Whether you enroll right away or sometime later, we will be honored to
claim you as one of our own.

May God bless you this day,
    Dennis D. Frey, Th.D., President
Master’s Divinity School and Graduate School of Divinity

Not really says it all, John. There is another thread on this somewhere here. Take a look at it.

Yes, this thread. By all means, everyone, read that thread, which discusses this very issue; and labels MDS's deception what it really is, and why; and which also discusses the larger issue of USDE- and/or CHEA-approved accreditors and their "affiliate" (or similar) style memberships which unaccredited institutions then use to cause potential students who don't know a lot about accreditation to believe that they're somehow accredited. It's extremely deceiving and shameful, and ABHE is just one accreditor whose special membership status (not to be confused with accredited status) is frequently used by substandard schools to mislead.
