For Asia I believe Indira Ghandi and the Open University of Hong Kong offer DL programs using the English language. How about in South America? -Chris
The South American programs are almost exclusively Spanish-speaking. You may want to ask Jimmy Clifton about one of the rare exceptions. The Asian programs do indeed exist and seem to use English as a language of instruction. However, they are not universally accessible. The last time I checked you had to be either living in the respective country or a citizen of that country living abroad. That's good for many, no doubt, but little help for most people on this forum. I would be interested to see a list if you ever compile one. Jack
